Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets (pkg. contains 2 separate tri-fold sheets, 1 set of tri-fold will make approximately 30 sausage rolls)
  • 2 pkg. your favorite sausage meat (use 1 pkg. if you are only going to use one section of the pastry)
  • 1 egg and a little milk, beaten together
  • 5 scallions, chopped
  • 8 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3/4 c. breadcrumbs
  • dash each of pepper sauce, mint and basil
  • 2 lb. crab meat
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
  • 3 c. lukewarm milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry
  • salt to taste
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 lb. filo
