- 6 lb. chicken parts
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 cloves garlic
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Salt and pepper chicken, putting in a baking pan.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Melt butter.
- Cut cloves in slices. Brush chicken with butter; sprinkle with garlic.
- Bake until chicken is golden and juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 to 15 minutes before carving.
