Ingredients
- 2 lb. sausage (turkey sausage has less fat)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. diced onions
- 1 c. apples, chopped (leave peel on!)
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mold into a ring.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
- Freeze.
- Thaw and bake for 1/2 hour at 350°.
