Ingredients
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. warm water
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 yeast
- 6 c. flour
Method
- Heat 2 cups water, boil and pour over oil, sugar and salt. Cool and put yeast in 1/3 cup warm water.
- Add to cool mixture along with eggs and 1/2 of flour; stir mixture smooth.
- Add rest of flour and blend well.
- Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead lightly.
- Shape into rolls and place on buttered sheet.
- Let rise until double, brush with egg white and add seeds.
- Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
