Ingredients
- 2 sticks Betty Crocker pie crust mix
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. spicy bulk sausage
Method
- Soften sausage at room temperature.
- Prepare crust as directed on package.
- Roll out in long rectangle.
- Pat raw sausage in a thin layer over surface.
- Roll from long side to long side, jellyroll style.
- Wrap in foil and freeze.
- (May be sliced and baked before completely frozen.)
- Slice thinly and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
