Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 3 dashes hot pepper sauce

Method

  • Cook spinach 5 minutes and drain well.
  • Combine with remaining ingredients and pour into a greased casserole.
  • Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and dot with butter.
  • Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
