- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
Method
- Cook spinach 5 minutes and drain well.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and pour into a greased casserole.
- Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and dot with butter.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
