Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 head lettuce (or favorite greens)
- 1 red onion
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
Method
- Boil vinegar, sugar and oil together.
- Cool.
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- Cool and crumble.
- Tear salad greens in pieces in large bowl.
- Slice onion thin and separate into rings.
- Add mushrooms. Add bacon.
