Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 lb. cod, cut into small portions
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Method
- Heat butter in saucepan.
- Add fish and saute for 3 minutes. Remove to baking dish and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Combine soup and milk and pour over fish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top. Place in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
