Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage
- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
Method
- Peel and dice potatoes.
- Put bacon grease in a nonstick skillet.
- When skillet and grease are hot, add potatoes.
- Fry potatoes with cover on, stirring occasionally.
- While potatoes are frying, cut the sausage into 1/8-inch slices.
- Peel and dice the onion.
- When potatoes are almost done, add the sausage and onion; continue frying until onion has turned clear and the sausage is heated through.
- Serve hot with cornbread.
