Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread, cubed (cut crusts off)
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 lb. link sausage (cut in thirds), brown and drain
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
Method
- Place bread in bottom of greased 8 x 12-inch dish.
- Top with cheese, then sausage (drained).
- Beat eggs with milk and mustard. Pour over top of casserole.
- Refrigerate overnight.
