Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- Cheese (grated)
- 2-3 slices bread (cubed)
Method
- Brown sausage, drain.
- Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Place bread in bottom of well buttered 9 x 13 casserole.
- Crumble sausage over bread; top with cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Serves 6.
