Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with peppers or 1 large jar picante sauce (mild)
Method
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Melt cheese in crock-pot or heavy saucepan.
- When cheese is melted, add drained sausage and Ro-Tel tomatoes; mix well.
- Serve with tortillas chips and/or dip size corn chips.
