Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
- 1/2 c. water
- 10 oz. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Let set overnight in refrigerator. Shape into walnut size balls.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake until brown at 350°.
- Makes 75 to 100 balls.
