Ingredients

  • 2 c. finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 c. finely chopped green peppers
  • 1 c. finely chopped cucumbers
  • 1 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 3 to 4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • dash of pepper

Method

  • Combine vegetables and chilies in large bowl.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; beat until blended well.
  • Pour over vegetables and toss lightly.
  • Cover and chill 6 to 8 hours.
  • Stir gently before serving.
  • Makes 6 to 8 servings.
