- 2 c. finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. finely chopped green peppers
- 1 c. finely chopped cucumbers
- 1 c. sliced green onions
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 to 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 3 to 4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- dash of pepper
Method
- Combine vegetables and chilies in large bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients; beat until blended well.
- Pour over vegetables and toss lightly.
- Cover and chill 6 to 8 hours.
- Stir gently before serving.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
