Ingredients
- 8 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 2 lb. chopped onions (8 medium)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 qt. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
Method
- Brown ground beef, green peppers and onions.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and bring to boil over full flame.
- Turn flame to simmer and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
