Ingredients
- 1 lb. roll sausage
- 2 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine ingredients in large bowl until blended.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place on lightly greased baking sheets.
- Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
- Refrigerate leftovers. Makes about 60 sausage balls.
