Ingredients

  • celery root
  • cherry tomatoes
  • dates
  • Parmesan
  • lime
  • cilantro
  • olive oil
  • pepper

Method

  • Cut your celery root into 4 slices and heat up your pan with olive oil. Insert your celery slices into your pan when oil is hot. fry them till every side is gold brown and the texture is soft.
  • slice up your cherry tomatoes and dates in half. insert them into the pan and cook them until both are a bit crispy
  • add salt and pepper and a squeeze of lime juice
  • place your food onto a plate, grate some parmesan over your meal and place some cilantro leaves on top
