Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. uncooked long grain rice
Method
- Crumble sausage into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Add onion and green peppers; stir well.
- Cover and microwave on High for 7 to 8 minutes or until sausage is browned, stirring once.
- Drain well; set aside.
