Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage or 1 lb. turkey sausage
- 2 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or no-fat cheese
- 6 eggs or egg substitute
- 2 c. milk or skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Crumble the sausage in medium skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Drain well.
