Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar and Swiss cheese
- 8 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- bread slices
Method
- Fill a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with bread slices. Layer sausage and cheese over bread.
- Beat eggs and add milk.
- Pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
- Let set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Good for a ready breakfast for company or Christmas morning.
