Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 lb. American or Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
Method
- Knead well together.
- Form into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake in 325° oven about 20 minutes.
- Excess balls may be frozen and baked at a later date for 30 minutes.
