Ingredients
- 8 slices bread
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 10 slices cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Lightly grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Make 4 sandwiches using some of the mustard and 2 slices of cheese for each.
- Place side by side in prepared pan.
- With a fork, beat eggs, milk and salt in a bowl until well blended.
- Pour over sandwiches.
- Cut remaining 2 slices of cheese in half.
- Place 1 piece of cheese on each sandwich.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or up to 24.
- Cook at 350°, uncovered, for 40 minutes; remove and let stand 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
