Ingredients
- 10 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 7 slices bread, shredded or cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. sausage, browned lightly and drained
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
- This dish can be frozen after cooking, then heated for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serves 10 to 12.
