Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage (bulk)
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 lb. asparagus, cut in pieces
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Method
- Brown sausage in skillet and remove fat.
- Add asparagus pieces, potatoes and enough water to cook in.
- Simmer about 20 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Add cheese just before serving.
