Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 1 egg
- 3 stalks green onions, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can tuna, drained
Method
- Wrap the tofu in a clean cloth and squeeze out the water. Place the tofu and other ingredients in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Form into patties and fry in deep fat until browned.
- Drain on a paper towel and serve with any sauce.
