Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 (13 oz.) can sliced peaches
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Place butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan in oven to melt.
- In a large bowl mix flour, sugar and milk (should be very thin).
- When butter is melted, remove from the oven and sprinkle brown sugar over bottom of pan, then pour all the batter into the pan.
- Open a can of peaches and spoon the slices evenly all over the pan, then pour remaining syrup all over the batter and peaches.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon lightly over the top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a golden brown.
- Serve hot or cold.
