Ingredients

  • 1 folded refrigerated unbaked pie crust
  • 2 large tart apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 12 oz. bulk sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 c. (8-oz.) shredded Italian-style cheese blend
  • 1 c. ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. crumbled garlic-and herb feta cheese
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Unfold piecrust and use to line a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake according to package directions.
  • Set aside.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
