Ingredients
- 1 folded refrigerated unbaked pie crust
- 2 large tart apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 12 oz. bulk sweet Italian sausage
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 c. (8-oz.) shredded Italian-style cheese blend
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. crumbled garlic-and herb feta cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Unfold piecrust and use to line a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake according to package directions.
- Set aside.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
