Ingredients
- 1 can (2 c.) sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. peppers
- 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Method
- Cut kraut into small pieces with scissors.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Cover tightly and chill.
- Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
- Mix well.
