Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut
- 2 medium onions, sliced very thin
- 1 green pepper, sliced very thin
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. water
- pepper to taste
Method
- Mix together well and pour over the vegetables.
- Allow to stand 24 hours before serving.
