Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple in syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (heap the Tbsp. as high as you can)
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Dissolve cornstarch in water.
- Add to remaining ingredients, except butter.
- Put into a greased casserole.
- Dot pineapple mixture with the butter.
- Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
