Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained well
- 1 medium pepper, chopped fine
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. pimento, chopped fine
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
- Add oil.
- Pour over kraut mixture. Toss lightly. Cover and chill overnight.
