Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. macaroni
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. sharp or extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- milk (as needed)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package. Mix together eggs and evaporated milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fold in cheese and macaroni. Add milk to make mixture soupy. Pour into casserole dish and dot with margarine. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until set.
