Ingredients
- 1 lb. chopped sauerkraut
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. oil (vegetable)
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Drain sauerkraut.
- Add chopped vegetables.
- Mix sugar, vinegar and oil until most of sugar is dissolved.
- Marinate at least 1 hour.
- Serve cold.
