Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. cake flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. drained sauerkraut
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. water
Method
- Cream butter, sugar, eggs and sauerkraut.
- Set aside.
- Combine flour, baking powder, soda and cocoa.
- To the creamed mixture, add milk, water and dry ingredients.
- Bake in a sheet pan at 350° for about 25 minutes.
- Use any caramel or chocolate frosting. Sprinkle coconut over the top.
