Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, pounded thin and flat
- 6 large mild green chilies, seeded
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slcies sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cream sherry
- white rice
Method
- Place ham and cheese on flattened chicken breast and roll up. Place rolled chicken breast into chili shell and secure with toothpick.
- Place stuffed chilies into buttered baking dish.
- Pour liquids over stuffed chilies and bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350°.
- Serve over rice.
- Freezes well.
