- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Method
- Mix potatoes and melted butter. Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
- Mix sour cream, cheese, soup, salt and pepper.
- Pour over potatoes. Put corn flakes on top.
- Pour melted butter over top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
