Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add vanilla and water. Beat smooth. Add flour and pecans.
- Mix well. Roll in small balls. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until lightly brown on the bottom. Roll in powdered sugar and store in tight container.
