Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 pie shells
- 1 c. pecan pieces
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple (you may substitute strawberries)
- 1 large container Cool Whip
Method
- Mix all but Cool Whip.
- Add Cool Whip.
- Put into browned, cool pie shells or cookie pie shells.
- Let set in refrigerator overnight or all day.
