Ingredients
- 35 vanilla wafers
- 2 c. cold milk
- 1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding
- 1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
- decorations: miniature umbrellas; gummy seashells, worms and sharks; candy stars; chopped peanuts
Method
- Crush vanilla wafers.
- Pour milk into a large bowl.
- Add pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Stir in whipped topping. Gradually stir in 1 cup of crushed wafers.
- Top with remaining crushed wafers.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Decorate just before serving.
- Put in 8 to 10 plastic cups.
