Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. fresh, frozen or canned lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of pepper
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drained
- 1/4 c. clam broth
Method
- Mix all ingredients. Store in refrigerator so that flavors will blend.
- Makes about 2 cups.
