Ingredients

  • 7 oz. Marshmallow Creme
  • 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 27 caramels
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 7 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 24 oz. chopped peanuts

Method

  • Mix Marshmallow Creme, sugar and vanilla in mixer until it sticks together.
  • Take
  • part
  • of
  • it and roll into a log about 5/8-inch
  • in
  • diameter.
  • Cut
  • into about
  • 1-inch
  • logs. Freeze. Melt
  • caramels,
  • margarine and condensed milk.
  • Roll frozen logs in caramel mixture, then nuts.
  • Freeze well.
  • Logs coat more easily when frozen.
  • The other half can of condensed milk can be put
  • in
  • a plastic container in the freezer to be used later.
