Ingredients
- 2/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
- 2 c. tightly packed parsley leaves
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp. capers
Method
- In electric blender container, combine all ingredients.
- Blend or process for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
- Store in covered container and refrigerate.
