Ingredients

  • 1 large pumpkin, just the seeds
  • 5 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt, for initial seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt, for second seasoning

Method

  • Mix the olive oil and seeds in a bowl, and then spread on a large baking sheet.
  • Add the pepper and the first half teaspoon of salt to the seeds evenly distributing.
  • Roast at 375F for 25 minutes.
  • Stir, the seeds, and re-spread on the sheet.
  • Distribute the rest of the salt and cook for another 3 or so minutes, until desired brownness.
  • Serve and enjoy.
