Ingredients
- 1 mini tub Vanilla ice cream
- 3 heaped tablespoons per serving ice-cream Plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp per serving ice-cream Jam
Method
- Portion the ice-cream and yogurt into two serving dishes, then top with the jam.
- My favorite ice-cream to make this with is Haagen-Dazs (readily available at convenience stores).
