Ingredients
- 1 qt. sauerkraut
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. celery
Method
- Drain kraut.
- Pour sugar on and let set 1 hour (overnight works good).
- Chop or grind the onion, pepper and celery.
- Add all ingredients to kraut and refrigerate.
- Can be frozen and still taste good.
