Ingredients

  • 30 tomatoes
  • 8 green peppers
  • 5 or 6 heads garlic
  • 6 or 7 onions
  • 12 hot peppers
  • salt to taste
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 3 or 4 cans tomato paste

Method

  • Wash vegetables and cut into very small pieces (except tomatoes).
  • Wash tomatoes and dip in hot water to remove skin. Put everything in big pot to cook at slow temperature until it starts to boil.
  • Wash jars and lids and sterilize.
  • Fill jars with mix.
  • Cook for about 45 minutes in canning pots.
