Ingredients
- 30 tomatoes
- 8 green peppers
- 5 or 6 heads garlic
- 6 or 7 onions
- 12 hot peppers
- salt to taste
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 3 or 4 cans tomato paste
Method
- Wash vegetables and cut into very small pieces (except tomatoes).
- Wash tomatoes and dip in hot water to remove skin. Put everything in big pot to cook at slow temperature until it starts to boil.
- Wash jars and lids and sterilize.
- Fill jars with mix.
- Cook for about 45 minutes in canning pots.
