Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 c. or to taste jalapeno slices, coarsely chopped
- 1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes, blend in blender for 1 to 2 seconds
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Method
- Heat oil
- in
- saucepan over medium heat and add onion. Cook until tender.
- Add jalapenos and stewed tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
