Ingredients
- 1 fryer or 4 chicken breasts, boned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 oz. stuffing mix
Method
- Boil chicken and celery until tender.
- Place chicken and celery in 2-quart casserole dish.
- Mix and add soup, mayonnaise and water chestnuts.
- Use 1/4 to 1/2 cup of liquid, as needed.
- Spread mixture on top of chicken.
