Ingredients
- Skinless chicken breasts or possibly thighs
- 2-3 cans mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans lowfat milk
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional), cut in smaller pcs
- 1 lg. can corn bread stuffing or possibly any crumb stuffing (not cubes)
Method
- Place chicken in baking pan, fleshy side up.
- In bowl mix soup, lowfat milk, mushrooms, and chestnuts.
- Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle stuffing on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
