- 34 lb tomatillo

Method
- simmer tomatillos, onion, jalapeno, garlic with salt in 3 to4 cups water for 6 to 10 minutes until tomatillos are soft.
- blend the vegs with the cilantro and lime juice and about 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid to the coarseness you like.
- taste and adjust the seasoning with more lime juice, salt,or cilantro.
